WANTED:  Account Executive/Sr. Account Executive responsible for creating buzz, excitement and driving revenue for Unruly’s video platform with your client base (brand marketers, media agencies, and agency trading desks). We’re looking for someone with an outstanding track record in digital ad sales and a passion for online video to help us rapidly drive Unruly’s video business forward in the US!

Reports to: SVP, Sales

Location: Chicago

Working Hours: Full time

Mission for the Role

Your mission will be to:

  • Forge key relationships within your territory (with brand marketers, media agencies, and agency trading desks) and exceed revenue targets.

Essential Experience

You must have:

  • Working knowledge of the digital and video space, programmatic experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in navigating both agency and client relationships
  • Strong experience with digital culture, and knowledge of trends and innovation in the digital space
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • A network of strong relationships and an excellent reputation with key media agency and ATD personnel
  • Demonstrable experience of generating leads and closing new business

You must have:

  • Extremely organized with strong time management skills
  • Able to negotiate and close business deals swiftly
  • Able to work both independently as well as part of a team
  • A strong written and verbal communicator with excellent grammar
  • Able to deliver a high level of customer service

  • Numerate: can deliver proposals meeting both Unruly and client objectives
  • Persuasive: able to effectively communicate complex, creative solutions to clients who may be unfamiliar or uncomfortable with the space

We’d love it if you:

  • Can communicate value proposition around paid, earned, and owned media
  • Have led relationships with Fortune 100 brand marketers and representing agencies  (and they are on your speed dial!)
  • Have successfully been able to exceed revenue targets and bring in new client business
  • You are as equally detail oriented as you are outgoing and approachable

Other Details

  •    Travel within USA may be required for this role.
