Who we’re looking for
The Demand Generation team is focused on developing and managing partnerships with key decision makers at brands and agencies and unlocking marketing budgets. As Demand Generation Manager, you will create innovative campaigns to contribute to overall sales effectiveness and create impact. You will work closely with our account and sales operations teams to identify key customer segments, develop and execute marketing programs, and support ongoing sales efforts. This role is crucial to growing and scaling the revenue of our retail clients, and the company.


  • Design, implement and optimize innovative demand gen programs, including, but not limited to, email marketing, webinars, collateral production, customer stories and other B2B marketing channels
  • Establish and own KPIs and testing strategies, including engagement, conversion, sales, profitability and lifetime value
  • Leverage data and analytics from multiple sources to inform demand generation activities and investment strategies to drive conversion and accelerate sales results
  • Work cross functionally and with the client to strategize and execute on any go-to-market plans for program expansion


  • 3-5 years' experience in lead gen, growth marketing, acquisition or performance marketing or account-based marketing campaigns
  • Experience planning and leading inbound marketing strategies and a track record for meeting/exceeding performance targets
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to program measurement and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with automated marketing programs as well as key demand creation approaches, like email, events, partnerships, content and more
  • Organized and self-motivated, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communications skills, including strong writing and presentation skills
  • Flexibility to quickly adapt to evolving business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B demand generation in SaaS, tech or media industry
  • Email marketing experience
  • SaaS client onboarding experience
  • Salesforce experience
