Sales Account Executive

Patch is looking for a dynamic national sales professional who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment to join our regional sales team. He/she will be charged with reaching and exceeding monthly quotas, as well as finding new business on a regular basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate leads and strategic relationships through the entire sales cycle (from qualifying to negotiating and closing)

  • Present the Patch platform value proposition to clients through all outlets (phone, online, and in-person), and become an expert in all our platform solutions

  • Meet quarterly sales targets according to sales plan

  • Use creative sales techniques and strategies, be able to pivot direction quickly and deftly handle objections

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of digital sales experience or working at a digital agency

  • Large range of existing relationships and contacts with agencies and advertisers or the ability to create them

  • Comfortable with selling promotions and integrated partnership programs beyond banner advertisements (past digital agency media planning/ buying experience preferred but not required)

  • Strong organizational and planning skills, an attention to detail, and an appreciation of deadlines and goals.

  • A positive team player with a “get it done” mentality and the ability to multitask

  • A self-starter who possesses high energy and strong presentation skills
