Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for strategically growing and developing advertiser key accounts. You will be responsible for everything about your portfolio of customers after the initial sale. 

You’ll educate new and active customers about new functionalities, best practices, etc.  Managing campaigns on the platform and managing Client expectation. 

Maintain business objectives and targets within your portfolio. 

You will develop a deep understanding of customer campaigns and Appreciate platform. 


  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Prior experience in online/mobile advertising companies / networks - a must
  • Prior experience in Performance marketing
  • Prior customer success experience
  • Business development orientation & passion
  • Additional languages - advantage
