Campaign Manager - Digital

4FRONT is looking for a cross-channel campaign manager to join our Dallas office. This role embraces execution, campaign management, and fulfillment related tasks that occur pre and post campaign, while also providing exemplary customer service to our partners. This position requires an individual to work well with our team and be prepared for a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment. Core qualities of the digital campaign manager include attention to detail, analytical, technical, and grit. The ability to work independently with strong initiative skills is critical. You will own day-to-day logistics in the planning, implementing, and maintaining of digital media campaigns. This role drives innovation at the campaign level and cultivates key partnerships to deliver the best digital media opportunities to our partners.

Core Functions, Responsibilities, and Attributes

1.Campaign Management: strategically execute digital media campaigns in Facebook Business Manager, Snapchat, Doubleclick, DataXu, Google Adwords, and Bing.

  • Develop campaign blue prints tailored to meet the objective of the campaign
  • Enter campaign in each platform, accurately and within deadline
  • Work closely with the partner (client) to gather creative assets
  • Write copy and submit to partner for approval
  • Maintain quality assurance practices, such as partner approval of creatives and peer review prior to launch
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize to improve
  • Maintain detailed records regarding campaign adjustments and communicate changes to account managers
  • Track tasks in ASANA and raise appropriate flags when at risk to miss a deadline
  • Complete work within deadline; exceeding expectations when possible
  • Attend partner meetings as necessary

 

2. Account Management: provide exceptional client/partner service:

  • Go beyond the client ask and think bigger picture how to impact their business
  • Respond to client needs quickly and efficiently
  • Possess a partner mentality by treating clients as if they’re an extension of the PCGSDM family
  • Be an internal puppet master and know which strings to pull and when; intuitively know which teams can add value to the overall deliverable
  • Plan and buy media as if you’re spending your own hard-earned dollars
  • Manage day-to-day communication with key partners, vendors, partner agencies and creative media
  • Create campaign post-launch materials such as screenshots, links and placement information to demonstrate proof of placement for clients
  • Maintain plan records, insertion orders, contact lists, and spec documents
  • Builds campaign performance reports and post campaign analysis inclusive of aggregating information from third parties
  • Provide an active voice communicating optimization opportunities and challenges

 

3. Cross-Department Collaboration: willingness and ability to collaborate with strategy director, revenue acceleration, and campaign managers for strategy and planning in the following functions:

  • Manage day-to-day plan changes and maintenance of campaigns
  • Participate in team brainstorms to initiate plan and consideration set development
  • Monitor trends, tools, opportunities and applications in digital media environments, and appropriately apply this knowledge
  • Investigate cross-channel opportunities, incorporating mobile and social extensions
  • Work with analytics, account management and finance teams as part of the media management process

 

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience required (must have some agency experience)
  • Experience in Google Adwords, DSPs and Facebook Business Manager required
  • Knowledge of all aspects of Digital Media, including Search, SEO, SMM, Display, Social, etc.
  • Basic understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as an understanding of media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure
  • Solid understanding of mathematical concepts
  • Advanced Excel skills, intermediate PowerPoint and Microsoft Word skills
  • Professional and effective communication skills at all levels (verbal and written)
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Ability to work successfully within a team as well as independently
  • Ability to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed
  • Ability to self-manage under deadlines
